We want your stay at the City Center Motel to be comfortable and straightforward. Please review the following policies so there are no surprises during your stay.

Check-in / Check-out

Check in – after 3pm.   Check out –  before 11am. 

Office hours are typically 8am – 10pm.  Please make arrangements ahead of time for special requests or late arrivals. (after 9pm)

Pet Policy

We allow dogs only and charge a one time pet fee of $20 per stay (2 dog limit.)  Unannounced or unauthorized pets, along with any damages or disturbances by any pets will be charged additional fees. We offer pet blankets to protect linens and make their stay more comfortable. 

Payment & Cancellations

A valid credit card is required to guarantee and hold your reservation. We preauthorize card on file for the full amount of your reservation after cancellation cutoff. Verification of card and ID required at check in. Debit can be used with additional security deposit. We do not accept cash. Cancellations must be made by 3pm, 24 hours before your arrival date for no late cancellation penalties (first night+tax).

Parking

Parking in our lot is free, unassigned, and limited. There is also street parking on Broadway and Adams Streets that is also free. Trailers are asked to use the street.

Smoking Policy

There is no smoking in or near any rooms at the City Center Motel.  This includes e-cigarettes, vaporizors, etc.  Please step away (~25 feet) from any windows or doors and do not litter!  Minimum fee for smoke in rooms is $200. 

Quiet Hours

For the comfort of all guests, quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. 
Please be respectful and considerate.

Occupancy

Occupancy in the rooms is based on the room type booked. A room with 1 bed has a max occupancy of 2 adults, 2 bed room max occupancy is 4 adults.
